Survival Analysis in R
Synopsis
Statistical theory for widely-used Cox models for survival analysis will be focus. Practical sessions will be given using R and a variety of packages available for survival techniques. Examples will be drawn from medical applications of survival analysis, available at the book: “Análise de Sobrevivência: Teoria e Aplicações em Saúde. 2011. Author: Carvalho et al. Second edition. Editora Fiocruz”.
Target audience
Medical statisticians, epidemiologists and other health-related professionals who are interested in model survival data by semi-parametric cox model using R.
